Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to create an account or use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. You may hold only one account per person.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at pawwi@pawwi.net if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, as described in "Termination" below.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
• Harass, threaten, or use hateful language toward other players, in chat, a username, or anywhere else in the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity, including Caroby or Pawwi staff
• Post or transmit illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights
• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to access the Service, except where we explicitly allow it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where applicable law gives you that right despite this restriction
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with purchase, security, or anti-abuse mechanisms, including the invite/referral program

4. User Content and Reporting

You are responsible for the content you submit through the Service — chat messages, your username, and prompts for custom AI-generated art. We may review, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms, though we do not pre-screen every message. Use the in-app reporting feature to flag another player's conduct, and we will review it.

5. AI-Generated Content

Pawwi lets you commission a custom pet skin or house by describing what you want; the artwork is then generated by an AI model provided by OpenAI, based on your description. Generated art is subject to OpenAI's own usage policies as well as these Terms. We may decline to generate, or may remove, art that violates these Terms — for example, art requested for content that is illegal, infringing, or that depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent.

6. Virtual Items and Currency

Coins, gems, skins, houses, and any other in-game item ("Virtual Items") are licensed to you for use within the Service — you do not own them. Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the Service, and cannot be sold or traded between players. We may add, remove, rebalance, or otherwise change the availability of Virtual Items at any time. Except where required by law or by Apple's or Google's own refund policy, purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable.

7. Purchases

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their own terms and payment methods. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies — we cannot issue refunds directly. Prices may vary by region and currency.

8. Advertising

The Service may show optional rewarded video ads, served by Google AdMob, in exchange for an in-game reward. Ad content is selected by Google, not by us. Watching an ad is always your choice, and the reward offered is the one shown to you at the time.

9. Referral / Invite Program

The invite-code reward program is provided at our discretion and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. If we determine, in good faith, that an account has abused the program — for example by creating multiple accounts to redeem rewards — we may reverse the rewards involved and take action on the accounts, up to and including termination.

10. Intellectual Property

Pawwi's name, logo, characters, artwork, software, and all other elements of the Service (excluding content you submit) are owned by Caroby (Ali Kaleş) or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service or its assets, except as these Terms expressly allow.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen or at pawwi.net/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or if we are required to by law. When your account is terminated, your license to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result — including preservation of your Virtual Items or progress — will be achieved. We will make reasonable efforts to fix issues that affect your progress, but we cannot guarantee restoration in every case.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caroby's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount, if any, that you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or Virtual Items, even if we were advised such damages were possible. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts instead.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Pawwi from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply and take precedence over any conflicting term above with respect to Apple:

• These Terms are between you and Caroby only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
• The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on an Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the Service.
• In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the Service to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the Service, including product-liability claims, claims that the Service fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer-protection law.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any claim that the Service or your possession or use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
